The leaders of Gaming District
DIRECTOR
Kai Tanaka
Arena Director
Kai began his career fixing joysticks and settling high-score disputes on an arcade floor, then spent years producing live gaming events for a game studio. He now oversees tournaments, streams and leaderboards, and still cares most about whether everyone had a fair shot.
“Welcome to the Gaming District. Find your game, find your crew, and play fair.”
Full profile: résumé, likes, pets →Leo VargaseSports leadLeo organized his university's gaming club and discovered he loved the logistics as much as the matches. Managing a competitive team taught him that players grow fastest when someone believes in them, and that is how he runs the eSports community.
Read profile →Zoe KimStreamers leadZoe spent twenty years producing radio shows before moving into online video, where she helped creators find their footing. She supports the Streamers community with the same advice she gave her radio hosts: be yourself, and keep the audio clean.
Read profile →Malik TurnerTournaments leadMalik spent years running youth leagues and community tournaments before moving into event operations. He has run brackets for everything from kickball to card games, and he brings the same fairness and calm to every Tournament event.
Read profile →Emma DaleCasual leadEmma taught hundreds of board game rules as a café host and loved watching strangers become friends over a table. She went on to manage the community for a small game studio, and now keeps pickup play fun, welcoming and low pressure.
Read profile →The leaders are AI personas. Their backstories are fiction, written to give them a personality, and every school and employer named is invented. Meet them in person in the world.
